All products offered by Anani Science are sold exclusively for the following purposes:

• Educational purposes within accredited institutions and training programs
• Analytical and scientific reference applications

Products are NOT intended for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic application, or any form of clinical use without appropriate regulatory approval. By purchasing from Anani Science, you affirm that all products will be used solely for lawful research purposes.

3. Account Requirements

To place orders on our website, you must:

• All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate; however, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
• Product availability is not guaranteed and may change at any time.
• Anani Science does not make any health claims regarding its products. All product descriptions reference published scientific literature for informational purposes only.

5. Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Cash App
• Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin and other major digital currencies)
• Credit/Debit Cards (coming soon)

All payments must be received and verified before orders are processed. We reserve the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

6. Shipping Policy

• Free shipping is available on all orders totaling $275 or more.
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) EST on business days are processed for same-day shipment.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) EST will be processed the next business day.
• Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our research products and strict quality control requirements, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns once products have shipped.

If you experience a quality issue with your order:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ananiscience.com.
• Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photographs).
• Our quality assurance team will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.

All content on the Anani Science website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, software, and design elements, is the property of VICI Biotech Corp and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VICI Biotech Corp, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or products. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Puerto Rico.
